We are almost at the end of our academic year. We have had, as you all know, a very crazy year: weather (including a tornado!), illnesses galore (often the flu and COVID simultaneously), and some on the fly adjustments. 

Youth who attend Sunday Faith Formation classes completed their end of year surveys in class today. All surveys are anonymous. They help us evaluate our programs objectively: what needs to change, what is going well, how are we being effective, how can we better serve families, and more.

Below is a button for the Parents' End of Year Survey. Please take a couple minutes and fill it out. Again, all our surveys are anonymous. Many of the questions in this year's Parent Survey are based on the face-to-face conversations I've had with so many of you all. By completing the survey, you are putting your thoughts on our progress in writing so I can track it and evaluate it.
